We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our Client's team located in New York, New York. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving HR functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive relations within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

• Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

• Conduct recruitment activities to identify and attract top talent

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Provide support to employees and address their inquiries effectively

• Implement and manage the ADP Workforce Now system

• Oversee and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment

• Execute benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and retention

• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software

• Extensive knowledge of benefit functions within an organization

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Demonstrated ability to handle compliance issues in a corporate setting

• Strong experience in managing employee relations

• Proven track record in successful recruiting and onboarding of new employees
