Robert Half Help Desk Analyst I in New York, New York
Description
We are offering a permanent contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in the technology industry, supporting a New York based MSP. This role is fully remote, and we prefer the candidate to sit in the San Antonio, TX area. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive, SharePointOnline, ExchangeOnline, Teams, and Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Assist with troubleshooting Windows 10/11 detail oriented and Azure Active Directory issues.
• Utilize remote control software such as TeamViewer for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Maintain an understanding of Endpoint Detection and Response tools, such as SentinelOne.
• Support printing operations and address any related issues.
• Participate in the resolution of technical issues involving Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Handle tasks related to Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.
• Assist with the deployment of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows systems.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and O 365 applications.
• Understand and apply basic and advanced cybersecurity concepts, such as DNS Protection, data encryption, and log auditing.
• Use Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software, such as Ninja and ConnectWise Automate.
• Manage issues through a ticketing system, such as ConnectWise Management or Jira.
Requirements
• Familiarity with Android Development
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies
• Ability to work with Mac Computers
• Profound understanding of applications
• Experience with Active Directory
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Apple Devices
• Basic understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience with Configuration Management
• Knowledge in handling Deployments
• Proficiency in Windows
• Experience with Office 365
