How you'll make an impact:

The Technical Program Manager Intern for the Client Engineering organization will be involved in leading front end, customer facing experiences, which support the SiriusXM platform, from inception to production delivery. Managing aspects of the software development lifecycle will be a core component, while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve critical business objectives that drive value to customers.


The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about results-oriented work and highly comfortable facilitating teams to meet commitments and successfully deliver high quality products and new features. You enjoy collaboration and teamwork and believe in trust, transparency, and kindness.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with a cross-functional team to deliver on defined short-term project deliverables.

  • Assist in automating, implementing and optimizing processes across the Client Engineering organization.

  • Work in an agile, collaborative environment on deliverables that impact our consumer applications.

  • Communicate action plans, risks and project status to a broad set of stakeholders.

  • Assist lead Technical Program Managers on building and periodically updating program plans and actions.

  • Key resource for:

    • Tracking of processes and reporting to leadership on large, cross functional. integrated initiatives

    • Coordination with program management on problem resolution and system level defect tracking

What you'll need:

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2025 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

  • Majors in computer science, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in software development or cloud - work projects, internships, summer jobs, etc. preferred.

  • You are constantly seeking ways to improve at every iteration, making suggestions for

  • improvement

  • Participate and contribute to enhance processes and organizational efficiencies across cross-functional teams and the organization.

  • You are excited about participating in technical discussions that impact a digital streaming multimedia company.

  • Desire to work in a fun and fast paced environment with competing products.

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as Agile.

  • Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban frameworks is a plus.

  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Tableau and Atlassian Products is a plus.

  • Must have legal right to work in the US.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $40/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
