Job description:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Sciences Industry Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive Life Sciences- SAP related product and service offerings in the market. The SAP GTM Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful positioning and promotion of SAP solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to manage key customer relationships to reference status

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to SAP products and services.

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for SAP solutions, considering target audience, pricing, distribution channels, and promotional tactics.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to align product roadmaps with market demands.

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide training and resources on SAP offerings.

  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other tools to support the sales process.

  • Function in a presales capacity in the presentation of solutions and capabilities to customers

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for SAP products.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to gather feedback and insights from SAP customers.

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of current Life Sciences Industry dynamics and trends including strategy and operations

  • Expert in SAP Solutions across the Life Sciences value chain

  • Proven experience in quarterbacking large SAP Transformation deals working with Sales, Solutions and Delivery

  • Strong partnership relationships with SAP, Smartshift, CBS, Syniti, AWS and other solution partners

  • Possesses a personal brand in the Life Sciences industry for SAP

  • Prior success in managing large, complex and multiple engagements (teams of 70 or more)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • 15 years of Professional experience with a focus in Life Sciences Industry- SAP GTM strategy and execution.

  • Prior solutioning and delivery experience in SAP

  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences products and solutions.

  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with sales, Solutions, delivery and marketing teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions

obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we

would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the

disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the

wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,

geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,

performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is

not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary

range for the tagged location is 149,100 to 299,980.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and

any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested,

and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of

compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion

unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
