Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with expertise in conduit bending, a firm understanding of NEC code, and experience in wire pulling and installing conduit runs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using a cyclone bender and be able to handle various types of conduit installations.

Responsibilities

  • Bend conduit (90's, three point saddles, offsets, 45's) over obstructions.

  • Use a cyclone bender for conduit bending.

  • Understand and apply NEC code.

  • Pull wire through conduit.

  • Install conduit runs, exposed conduit, and overhead EMT racks.

  • Conduct wire pulls through conduit.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in conduit bending.

  • Ability to handle EMT and exposed conduit.

  • Experience in reading electrical plans and blueprints.

  • Strong understanding of NEC code.

  • Skill in using a cyclone bender.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification.

  • SST 10 certification.

Work Environment

Work location is at 175 Water Street, Manhattan NY. The work hours are from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Full PPE, hand tools, and a cordless drill are required.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.50/hr.
