Job Description:Brevan Howard US Investment Management LP is seeking a Devops Engineer - Systematic Technology in New York, NY to be responsible for designing, implementing & continuously evolving real time trading, compliance & risk systems to enable the quantitative investment process. Work closely with quantitative portfolio managers, compliance, and risk management functions in a fast-paced environment. Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports the firm's trading systems. Design and implement automated build and deployment pipelines. Generate new ideas and can drive the rapid adoption of new processes/systems. Work with highly motivated developers and infrastructure engineers in a collaborative environment to provide hands-on support to the trading team.Minimum Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Must have 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a DevOps, Engineer, or closely related role. The 5 years of experience must include experience with: (1) The Platform, SRE, Production or Systems Engineering fields; (2) Setting-up & managing CI/CD activities and tools (e.g. Gitlab, Bitbucket), as well as building own solutions (e.g. Java/Gradle); (3) Unix systems / Bash / networks; (4) Infrastructure and application observability tooling e.g. Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana; (5) Coding /scripting (Java, Python, Go, or Bash); and (6) Automation/configuration frameworks using Terraform, Kustomize, Ansible, Helm or an equivalent.Salary: $215,000 per yearTo apply, email resume to USrecruitment@brevanhoward.com.
