IAC Compensation Manager in New York, New York

Responsibilities: * Own the daily execution of equity transactions - process exercises, vesting, with accuracy and efficiency. * Be a trusted partner - support and collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the IAC family during the year-end compensation cycle. * Manage and optimize our employee equity database - update records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity. * Analyze and interpret stock plan data - review daily reports from our external stock plan administrator to provide analysis and ensure smooth operations. * Provide employee support - address inquiries, resolve issues, and educate employees on their equity plans and grants. * Benchmark and analyze compensation trends - participate in compensation surveys to evaluate competitive salary positioning. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail. * A problem-solving mindset - you think critically, exercise good judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment - managing multiple projects and priorities with time management skills. * A proactive, self-starter mentality - you take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively. * Clear communication skills - articulate complex topics in both written and verbal formats. * Advanced Excel skills - data analysis, v-lookups, pivot tables, modeling, etc. * 2-5 years of experience in Compensation - ideally in a publicly traded, mid-to-large-sized company. * Experience with stock-based compensation - prior experience with stock options, restricted stock, and performance-based stock awards is highly desirable. Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
