PURCHASE TO PAY SPECIALIST (P2PS)

Reporting to the Business Services Ariba SAP Capability Lead, the P2P Specialist will aim to become an expert in Purchase to Pay & Coty Policy processes with the ability to navigate across the entire Coty organization and be exposed to multiple levels of seniority.

In this key role, drive the execution of best-in-class processes through seamless stakeholder engagement, active listening, simplification, and support.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Provide sound expertise and support for purchase order requests (PO) to various teams, in a timely manner.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in solving complex cases that require a deeper knowledge of Ariba (Ordering tool) and Coty & Procurement policies.
• Support Vendor Master Data (VMD) team & stakeholders when needed: creation or modification.
• Support and guide users on Invoice management (SAP Inbox, VIM).
• Provide guidance & education on questions or changes in the Coty & Procurement policy or on system matters.
• Train and be an advocate for change management.
• The role will have a significant impact throughout the Coty business, Coty Business Process Outsourcing partner (BPO - Accenture) and our Procurement functions. How? By ensuring (a) full visibility on process compliance, (b) active communication, and solution proposal for identified gaps, and (c) training and education support to users on assigned categories of spend (more than just making sure rules are respected).
• The ideal candidate will receive support from an extended team and multiple direct colleagues already eager to share their knowledge and further extend the P2P Specialist community.
• Through the work, this position is expected to deliver 'Cost out', 'Value in' for Coty and requires close cooperation with a broad group of stakeholders.

Essential:

• HS Diploma
• 2+ years of experience, ideally with a background in Purchase Order Management
• Demonstrate a strong sense of individual ACCOUNTABILITY and deep TEAM SPIRIT.
• CURIOUS and ENGAGED, able to zoom in and zoom out, understanding the big picture and the details.
• Proactive in proposing IMPROVEMENTS, solution provider and problem solver.
• High LEARNING AGILITY, always looking for experiences to expand knowledge.
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Data-driven way of working
• Stakeholder engagement
• SAP / Ariba systems
• Procure to Pay process
• Experienced working in a regional or global organisation across several key areas, as such gaining an in-depth understanding of capabilities and processes
• Specific experience with processes, systems, and technology
• Cross-functional & cross culture change management experience
• Experienced in delivering results within a changing environment or as part of a large change management program.
• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with sourcing systems and e-tool solutions.

Desirable:

• AAS or higher Finance or related degree
• 2+ years Accounting/Finance experience
• Experience working within a regulated industry/ finance or audit is a preference

Base Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
