If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team at PruTech Solutions as a Business Development Sales Executive to expand our Salesforce practice. Key Responsibilities: • Salesforce Sales Leadership: Be the driving force behind Salesforce sales, responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture Salesforce market opportunities. • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key Salesforce customers and prospects. Identify client needs, understand their business challenges, and propose tailored Salesforce solutions to address those challenges. • Sales Growth and Client Acquisition: Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing Salesforce opportunities with both existing and new clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will have the ability to "hunt" and generate a client base. • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships and alliances with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners to enhance our service offerings, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, Salesforce services, and competitive offerings. Use this knowledge to guide our Salesforce practice's direction and keep our solutions competitive. • Solution Creation: Work closely with our technical experts and solutions architects to create customized solutions that meet unique client needs. These solutions won't be available off-the-shelf, and your ability to craft innovative, tailored solutions will be crucial.

Minimum Salary: 120,000 Maximum Salary: 120,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
