About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales BusinessDevelopment Representative who possesses a knack for meticulous research and atalent for unlocking new sales opportunities to join our Breeze Inside Salesteam. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our Breeze products,making a direct impact through cold calling and the creation of meaningful newbusiness connections through strategic lead generation efforts. Yourcontributions will be key in forging new paths for opportunities and propellingour Breeze products to new heights within the property tech sector.
What You'll Do:
- Engage in cold calling to initiate lead generation-this isthe heart of building new client relationships!
- Heavily prospect and identify sales leads and opportunitiesfor a designated territory.
- Leverage your exceptional phone communication skills togather vital information and pinpoint key decision-makers.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team on lead-generatinginitiatives, including research and campaigns.
- Utilize our CRM system to log prospective clients, trackactivities, manage opportunities, and project sales forecasts.
- Maintain your sales pipeline, deliver regular reports onsales activities, and meet with management to discuss performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date with annual product certifications, ensuringyou can expertly demonstrate our offerings and maintain knowledge expertise.
- Collaborate with a supportive team environment, contributingto collective success.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.
- A passion for information gathering and strategicprospecting.
- Excellent active listening skills with the acumen toidentify sales opportunities.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable and adept with virtual presentation tools.
- A personable and professional demeanor coupled withexceptional interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of surpassing goals.
- Agile and capable of adjusting to shifting priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software andconcepts.
Helpful to have:
- Previous lead generation experience.
- Knowledge of the property management industry.

$28.84/hr - $31.25/hr base salary + commission target
