Job Description
The BizOps & Strategy Group is at the heart of transformation of Global Business Services (GBS). You will play a leadership role both in shaping our team’s strategy and operations projects, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver key results and insights. You will report to the Business Analysis Associate Director.
This is a hybrid position (3 days a week) in New York City. #LI-Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Help drive significant global strategic and operational change across Wolters Kluwer
Explore and identify strategic and operational opportunities across the organization
Prioritize initiatives based on business case and team hypotheses
Design and conduct analyses to support/refute business case
Synthesize conclusions into recommendations
Lead work streams on specific programs with opportunity to manage entire projects
Implement change through project & program management/leadership
Communicate with relevant customers including employees and executive leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 8 years related work experience ; or a Master’s degree and 6 years experience.
A minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in strategy and operations at a major corporation or consulting firm
Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700
