Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for leading and maintaining Allied Worlds strategic transformation of our Global HRIS system, in close collaboration with IT, Finance, and other departments. The role will be responsible for leading and directly executing the business process redesign, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Allied Worlds HRIS system with a focus on maximizing HRIS potential to align our HR processes to meet business objectives for the HR Group. This includes streamlining current transactions, tailoring them to the new system, and delivering the new operating environment to maximize the organizations transition to manager and employee self-service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our HRIS to align with organizational Human Capital and business objectives, ensuring the system supports current and future needs.

Lead business process redesign efforts to align HRIS technology, functionality, and Allied World HR processes.

Oversee, implement, and maintain HRIS modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Provide ongoing system maintenance, ensuring the full potential and capability in the configuration of HRIS solutions adheres to best practices, maximizing the HR, manager, and employee experience.

Collaborate and manage HRIS and System Implementation vendors; evaluate vendor performance and assist in contract reviews.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on HRIS functionality and best practices.

Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption and maximize the benefits of the system.

Identify and recommend improvements, efficiencies, and troubleshooting around ongoing system processes and programs.

Partner with the business to translate requirements, establish priority and assist with UAT to aid in decision making.

Leverage knowledge and expertise of HRIS solutions by continuously monitoring for updates and emerging industry trends to incorporate the latest advancements into solution design that create streamlined and efficient processes and maximize employee experience.
