Position: Associate Product ManagerDuties:Responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives across our core IT advertising platform, planning, campaign management, creative and inventory workflows. Own the execution of key IT projects and product initiatives that grow OneView adoption among agencies and brands. The OneView Ad Platform, a demand-side platform (DSP) powered by first-party insights from Roku Audiences, works across digital advertising exchanges as well as TV streaming services. The direct consumer relationships from Roku Audiences and Roku's network of data partners powers a complete view of streamers as they navigate streaming channels, devices, web, and mobile. The OneView Ad Platform can understand when viewers have already seen an ad on traditional TV, too, so advertisers can use the platform to create audiences of streamers who have or have not seen the ad on traditional TV. Stay on top of CTV and ad technology trends and best practices; and translate them into POVs to share with engineering, product and business teams. Also collaborate with engineering and product leadership to architect the ad platform for scale for all buyer types from small to large.EducationRequired:Master or foreign equivalent in Technology Management, Communication, Management, Marketing, Technology or related field.Alternate Requirements:Will also accept Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Technology Management, Communication, Management, Marketing, Technology or related field plus 2 years experience as Video Investment Assistant, Intern or related occupation.Special Requirements:Must have prior work experience, coursework, or internship in each of the following: 1) Ads or ad tech experience with advertising platforms; 2) Advertising industry; 3) OTT/Connected TV advertising ecosystem; 4) Media buying, including types of buyers and their use cases such as experience working with brands, agencies, and large media companies; 5) Agile and waterfall product development methodologies; 6) Advertising technology including RTB, ad networks, digital media or digital ad serving; and 7) Managing technology projects for advertising and marketing organizations.Up to 3 days/wk telecommuting may be permitted.Salary: $112,500 - $112,500 per yearApplicant instructions: Email resume to resumes@roku.com.
