Associate Manager, Product Development (Product Owner), Prudential International Insurance Service Company, LLC, New York, NY: Manage the product roadmap and strategies in international and emerging markets focusing on digital growth products. Conduct business analysis and market/user research using the Digital Product Management discipline. Lead a team of Business Analysis, Front-end and Back-end developers, and UI/UX designers to deliver an end-user digital product. Design and develop digital products across mobile, web and desktop from conception to delivery. Drive the design and delivery of digital solutions in close collaboration with various partners, including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales across multiple international locations. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days a week.Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $169,229.00 per year.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: • Usability testing, including running sessions to gain feedback from users on product experience; • Digital product management; • Utilizing Agile methodologies to manage an agile scrum team; • Determining the overall vision of products; • Managing various backlog items by prioritizing and understanding the business value of each feature and long-term impacts; • Supervising and advising the scrum team to meet software deadlines; • Collecting and writing user stories and acceptance criteria; and • Delivering product features meeting delivery deadlines. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager experience, including leading a scrum team, defining user requirements, and working with a development team on delivery and execution.Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days a week.
