Gorlick, Kravitz & Listhaus, P.C. is a union side Labor and ERISA law firm with an opening for a litigation associate. Candidates should have:

• 3-4 years' litigation experience, including experience in federal courts;
• 1+ year of experience in union side ERISA and Labor law litigation;
• experience drafting pleadings and motions in NY State and federal courts;
• experience managing discovery in NY State and federal courts;
• strong research and writing skills;
• admitted to practice in New York;
• admission to federal courts preferred.

The position will give you the opportunity to work with and learn from our experienced legal team that represents our labor unions and multi-employer benefit funds.
