Insight Global is on the lookout for a seasoned Associate Director of Tax Finance to join a premier asset management firm. In this pivotal role, you will support the tax strategy for the firm's comprehensive suite of equity products, ensuring optimal fund investment management. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, including meticulous review of tax returns, assisting in the accurate estimation of tax liabilities, and the diligent preparation of tax provisions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in examining work papers and collaborating closely with external tax service providers to facilitate the timely distribution of K1 forms. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in the dynamic field of tax finance.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Tax Finance experience within Private or Big 4 firms

• Relevant, diverse experience with Asset Managers, Private Equity, and Institutional/Retail investors

• Experience working with tiered partnership structures with Private Equity and/or Real Estate - Experience with open-ended funds

• Diverse tax experience null
