Job Description

Publicis Media’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Director to join the Early Careers team. You are a driven, visionary that is looking to integrate themselves in over 9 different agencies. Your combination of critical thinking, content expertise, creativity, project management, and strong execution skills make you an integral part of Publicis Media’s Early Careers team.

The Early Careers Associate Director is responsible for overseeing the overall talent acquisition process of all full-time, entry-level roles, and intern level roles. In partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership, this Associate Director upholds the strategy for all entry level hiring across the company, maintaining a clear focus on relationship management, candidate generation, candidate experience, and education. Some additional functions of the role are the subject matter expert on Early Careers recruiting, diversity and inclusion strategy, our talent acquisition process and assisting in establishing best practices including building, maintaining, and updating documentation as needed.

As the Early Careers Associate Director , you will be involved in many different areas of work including being immersed in the culture of our different agencies whilst promoting brand awareness to interested candidates. An ideal candidate would have a strong interest in the advertising industry and the ability to learn and grow within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a high-volume entry-level talent acquisition process

  • Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable

  • Collaborate with internal stake holders on a variety of topics, initiatives, and programs

  • Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates

  • Work with Talent Leads to document, update, and report on headcount

  • Provide day-to-day management and/or mentorship to Early Careers Talent Acquisition team

  • Research and identify best practices for diversity and inclusion programming

  • Negotiating and executing strategic partnerships

  • Experience working in a matrixed, complex business structure

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in early careers recruiting, including internships

  • Skilled in developing consultative relationships with leaders and hiring teams

  • Experience mentoring junior members of a Talent team

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity

  • Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn the media industry; a drive to self-educate

  • Organized and process-oriented approach to talent acquisition and on-boarding

  • Solid experience with applicant tracking systems

  • Superior strategic thinking and solid analytical skills

Compensation Range: $90,000 -$120,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
