Overview

Direct, develop and manage Steinhardt's digital infrastructure (online program) service strategy to support the strategic student acquisition and retention goals of the school, internal student communication and administrative support for student processes, and administrative functions across Steinhardt. Assess digital service needs from all areas of the school; create and/or edit compelling and sustainable proposals for digital service projects. Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of digital and online program service technology and trends. Drive and maintain the online service teams to ensure efficiency, innovation, and alignment with the strategic vision and best practices for higher education and online program services.



Responsibilities

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree

Required Experience:
5+ years related experience including developing and managing services for online degree programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:
5+ years Experience working with online degree programs and navigating cross-organizational relationships.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong leadership and management skills, coupled with creative and strategic thinking. In depth knowledge of user-focused experience design. Knowledge of CRMs, student information systems, and project management tools. Ability to quickly identify cross-functional issues and to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical colleagues. Ability to analyze quantifiable data from technical sources and create reports. Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Extraordinary attention to detail.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Must be well versed in project management, communication, and collaboration.



Qualifications

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $95,000.00 to USD $105,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
