BlackRock Advisor Website Content Strategy and Oversight

BlackRock is seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to be the “editor-in chief” of our U.S. advisor-facing website with primary responsibility of ensuring web content is relevant, interconnected, high quality and easy to consume. The individual will work closely with content creators, web development, web publishing and other groups to bring BlackRock’s best thinking to life in an advisor-centric manner with a focus on driving engagement and commercial outcomes. This is a role for someone who is organized, thoughtful and enthusiastic about increasing advisor business growth and dedication to BlackRock through a digital platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely across a broad cross-functional team to evolve capabilities of and experience on advisor web site

  • Chair and evolve the editorial oversight board for article pipeline and content

  • Connect content creators; identify and coordinate content requests, gaps and needs

  • Interpret, synthesize and share metrics of content performance

  • Establish relationships and coordinate with other site content strategists at BlackRock to share successful techniques and processes

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the U.S. advisor business, broad wealth industry and industry dynamics

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required

  • Strong experience (3+ years preferred) in the investment/asset management or other relevant industry

  • Experience influencing groups and individuals at all levels and across multiple functions

  • Ability to learn quickly, innovate, adapt, influence and lead projects

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

  • Series 7 and 66 preferred

Location: Princeton, NJ / New York, NY preferred

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $137,500. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model

Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
