Description

Growing firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team in the construction industry, located in New York, New York. The successful applicant will be primarily tasked with handling accounts payable duties as well as maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of invoices

• Resolving any customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Oversee the check runs to ensure all payments are made correctly

• Handle AIA billing processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar field

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and practices

• Demonstrable experience with Check Runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Ability to efficiently code invoices, ensuring accurate allocation of costs
