About The Role:

As a CBRE Debt Advisory & Structured Finance Principal, you will be responsible for providing mentorship and guidance to a small team.

This job is part of the Debt Advisory & Structured Finance function. They are responsible for debt, financing, and refinancing options for the development, funding or refinancing of assets.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide a team of producer support staff and ensure their work is completed in a timely, accurate manner.

  • Stay up to date with local and regional real estate market trends.

  • Organize and evaluate basic data to prepare a variety of reports.

  • Work with the team to create marketing material.

  • Partner with clients, lenders, and government agencies to complete tasks.

  • Support in acquiring data for future business expansion.

  • Apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles, advanced techniques, and theories to create unprecedented solutions.

  • Showcase in-depth expertise in innovative theories, techniques, and/or technologies within own function.

  • Use experience and knowledge of all job areas within a function, practical experience in several functional areas or businesses, or concentrated knowledge of a particular subject area to coach and guide others.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience.

  • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.

  • Ability to identify and solves the most sophisticated problems.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Expert organizational skills with a strong focus on curiosity.

  • Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the DSF Principal position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the DSF Principal position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
