BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manger - RN for our NYC office located in New York City. This office provides best in class care to adult & pediatric clients throughout Manhattan, Bronx, & Kings counties.

Your Day at a Glance as a Clinical Manager, RN:

• Lead, inspire and motivate nursing team to provide exceptional care.

• Visit our adult & pediatric clients and conduct assessments in New York City and other surrounding areas.

• Craft and oversee personalized care plans to ensure the best outcomes for out clients.

• Supervise nursing staff in the field, ensuring high standards of care.

• Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.

• Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN preferred.

• Experience or interest in Trach /Vent, Infant, or Pediatric care

• Prior supervisory experience.

Salary Range- $95k-115k
