L ocation: New Rochelle, NY (On site)
Hours: M-F 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: $80,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clinical and / or administrative supervision to clinicians.
Carry a caseload and provide direct services
Supervise interns.
Assign cases for intake.
Monitor clinician productivity.
Monitor clinician adherence to paperwork requirements (progress notes, initial intakes, comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, discharge/transfer summaries, insurance authorizations, Pediatric Symptom Checklists, CANS, SDQ, SIDAC, BPRS, Health and Wellness Surveys, CAGE, CRAFFT, ATP Tracking Forms, Utilization Reviews, Chart Reviews, Consumer Satisfaction Surveys, client self-surveys, client services agreement and any other mandatory forms).
Co-sign OMH required assessments and progress notes.
Monitor Insurance / OTR adherence.
Utilize The Big Picture (Performance Evaluations, Job Descriptions, Job Tasks Page, Supervision Log).
Participate in supervision.
Perform internal chart reviews.
Co-chair clinic team meetings and in the absence of the director, lead the team meeting.
Participate in and /or coordinate special projects.
Attend internal agency, and community meetings, if director of mental health clinics is unavailable to attend.
Write performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
LCSW or LMHC Licensure
Experience providing clinical and/or administrative supervision
Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, disabilities and the treatment of mental illness
Capacity to work with a multi-disciplinary team
Problem solving skills
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Computer literate and able to perform the functions of electronic charting
