L ocation: New Rochelle, NY (On site)

Hours: M-F 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: $80,000

Clinical Licensure Required (LCSW or LMHC)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clinical and / or administrative supervision to clinicians.

  • Carry a caseload and provide direct services

  • Supervise interns.

  • Assign cases for intake.

  • Monitor clinician productivity.

  • Monitor clinician adherence to paperwork requirements (progress notes, initial intakes, comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, discharge/transfer summaries, insurance authorizations, Pediatric Symptom Checklists, CANS, SDQ, SIDAC, BPRS, Health and Wellness Surveys, CAGE, CRAFFT, ATP Tracking Forms, Utilization Reviews, Chart Reviews, Consumer Satisfaction Surveys, client self-surveys, client services agreement and any other mandatory forms).

  • Co-sign OMH required assessments and progress notes.

  • Monitor Insurance / OTR adherence.

  • Utilize The Big Picture (Performance Evaluations, Job Descriptions, Job Tasks Page, Supervision Log).

  • Participate in supervision.

  • Perform internal chart reviews.

  • Co-chair clinic team meetings and in the absence of the director, lead the team meeting.

  • Participate in and /or coordinate special projects.

  • Attend internal agency, and community meetings, if director of mental health clinics is unavailable to attend.

  • Write performance evaluations.

    Qualifications:

    LCSW or LMHC Licensure

    Experience providing clinical and/or administrative supervision

    Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, disabilities and the treatment of mental illness

    Capacity to work with a multi-disciplinary team

    Problem solving skills

    Excellent Oral and written communication skills

    Computer literate and able to perform the functions of electronic charting
