The position is 100% on-site in Mechanicsburg, PA, offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 and is a permanent role. Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, including weekly snapshots, month-end close entries, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assist with cash forecasting, reconciliations, credit card administration, and integration with accounting software

• Maintain and manage fixed assets, construction in process accounts, inventory, and tax filings

• Handle billing for specific contracts and support external audits and tax preparation

• Strengthen internal controls, create process efficiencies, and provide customer service to internal departments

Skills

• Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required)

• SAGE

• Journal Entries (2 years of experience is required)

• General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)

• Month-End Close (2 years of experience is required)
