About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by developing and selling integrated advertising solutions (traditional and digital) to both new and existing local and regional clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively prospecting and smart cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Understanding client needs, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and growing current client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaigns
Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platforms
Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals
Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets
Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives
Qualifications:
7+ years in B2B sales required.
Experience or a background in media sales and digital marketing sales
Ability to build strong relationships with local advertisers
A candidate that has experience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing, etc… is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistent above budget performer.
Exceptional communication skills with consultative / solutions selling experience.
Team player focused on individual but also team growth
Proven record of hitting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation tools
