Capgemini Cyber Enterprise Architect - Solutions in New Jersey
This is a client facing role in the COE (Center of Excellence) organization which serves as a hub for deep expertise that drives business growth for CIS North America. This role will work closely with clients, partners, and Capgemini business units to identify digital transformation opportunities. The role is responsible for understanding the client’s business needs and then identifying which Capgemini offers will address those requirements. The candidate will be expected to identify, scope, and shape opportunities, proposals, solutions end to end including pricing, Statements of Work, client presentations, etc. as needed. This role also participates in various phases of project delivery to provide expertise as required while ensuring what was solutioned and promised to client is delivered as designed and intended. In addition to the above this role will also be required to identify additional transformation opportunities as well as provide domain expertise in fly-in squad scenarios to address critical issues for key accounts.
In addition to the above COE team members are expected to continuously monitor trends and market opportunities which in turn will be used to develop and drive business cases to support enhanced capability/service-offer development.
Equally important to this role will be leadership in a variety of ways including within the industry as a thought-leader who will engage with colleagues inside Capgemini as well as external to the company in order to create and publish white papers, articles, and podcasts while participating in industry conferences via talks, panels, etc.
This role requires deep end to end expertise across multiple domains of Cybersecurity along with honed consulting skills that exhibit a strong understanding of how the technology can address client needs and drive business value in a myriad of verticals from SMGB to Fortune 100.

6 years of multi-domain Cyber consulting experience relevant to current state
12 years consulting experience across a mix of technology domains beyond Cyber
Must possess the ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients.
Comfortable facilitating group discussions and leading client strategy and design activities
Must be willing to learn, grow and stretch into new roles in different industries/domains/verticals to include collaboration with vendors and partners on new offerings
Must have a fully flexible approach to working hours including potential travel during the week
Must be willing to work nationally and possibly internationally for a limited period per year if required.
Must possess a solid appreciation of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations as well as understand the commercial consequences of the technical decisions made by you and/or others.
Must possess the ability to develop productive client relationships at different management levels while identifying and developing opportunities for new business.

Must possess substantial experience in Threat and Risk Analysis, Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, SASE/ SSE, Endpoint Security, etc.
Expertise in three or more of the following areas
Managed Detection and Response, Next-Gen SOC
Network Security and Segmentation (NG firewalls, SSE/SASE)
Penetration Testing, Red Teaming and Threat Simulation
Secure coding concepts, DevSecOps, Agile processes, Shift-Left concepts
Secure Remote Working and Collaboration Solutions
Application of AI in Cyber Security space
Automation and Orchestration tools
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
Relevant Cybersecurity Reference Frameworks
Ability to conduct Assessments and Gap Analysis in complex Cybersecurity environments.
Converged IT/OT (IIoT)
IGA/PAM (Preferably Sailpoint/Saviynt and CyberArk)
Zero-Trust
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or relevant related work experience
