As the New Holland Construction Brand Product Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible to support, manage, and develop assigned products to improve their impact in the customer base. You'll own the product through the duration of its lifecycle and ensure maximum relevance of the product as measured by market share and profitability. The candidate will ideally be based in New Holland, PA, Oak Brook, IL, or Racine, WI.

Responsibilities

Establish marketing strategies including product direction, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to lead a product or product category's life cycle Plan, implements and evaluates the strategy for positioning product to various distribution channels (i.e., dealers, customers, geographies, and end customer markets) Coordinate merchandising and commercial collaboration projects between the organization and distribution channels to increase demand for organization products and services Use market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories Develop portfolio to improve model-level profitability and maximum market efficacy for customers and in relation to competition Provide training, education, and technical assistance to the sales force and customers Ensure accurate system setup of each model and segment systemically to deliver a smooth dealer interface 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field and one year of proven experience. OR Associate's Degree plus three additional years of experience OR High School Diploma plus five additional years of experience 3 or more years of experience working within construction or agriculture equipment industry. Direct experience operating machinery Ability to travel at least 25% Practical/Applications knowledge of New Holland Construction products.

The annual salary for this role is $111,000 - $162,800 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
