The TA Manager, Early in Career will lead the strategy, delivery, execution, and assessment of early in career recruiting initiatives for the enterprise. You will act as a talent advisor for key enterprise partners while delivering optimal candidate experience by building industry & Business insights to stay on top of trends and market changes as well as be knowledgeable about talent competitors and the businesses’ talent priorities. In this role, you will:
Demonstrate deep understanding of J&J’s long term and short-term strategies by acting as a trusted talent advisor to implement enterprise-wide talent development and management strategies to attract, assess, select, and develop an impactful, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline
Lead an experienced team of Sr. Recruiters and Lead(s) in the end-to-end processes of acquiring high caliber talent at all levels in alignment with strategic objectives and organizational needs.
Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking, driving a best-in-class candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity & transparency across multiple partner groups.
Identify talent needs and capability gaps in order to influence, shape and drive effective recruiting strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs across their respective business/geography.
Leverages business data, technology, and other operational metrics to influence external strategies.
Serve as the liaison between the Pipeline & Practice/Local Full Time Service Level and the Workforce service level to ensure consistency and success
Collaborate with Early Talent Leadership, Recruiters, and Program Managers to fully understand the organization's talent needs and how our early talent strategy supports those needs. Translate into talent attraction strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required
Master’s degree/MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of early in career recruiting experience
Knowledge/understating of J&J Leadership Development Programs preferred
People Leadership Experience
Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions through multiple channels is required
Knowledge of early in career virtual platforms is preferred
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and search management systems required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
