Join our dynamic team in a role that involves refurbishing and cleaning aluminum formwork. Responsibilities include using hammers to remove excess cement, performing quality checks on aluminum forms, spray painting, and bundling and loading forms onto trucks.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Nazareth, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our workplace is versatile, requiring team members to wear multiple hats and possibly move between departments based on where help is needed. Our small team consists of 35 individuals working in the yard. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and T-shirts. Note that cut-off T-shirts are not permitted. This is a first shift position, working hours are from 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
