Naval Supply Systems Command MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in Naval Support Activity, Pennsylvania

Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the WSCB Program Manager (PM) and subject matter expert (SME) lead for one or more WSCB functional areas. Functional areas are Time Management (TM), Navy Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC), Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC), and the Defense Travel System (DTS). Responsibilities You will develop and update policy and training and provide guidance to enterprise personnel. You will maintain approved Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) processes and ensure program compliance. You will respond to internal and external audits for assigned programs. You will maintain and support Information Technology (IT) systems that are used for day-to-day operations and management of programs assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing subject matter expertise for Work Force Management (WFM) systems. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following duties: 1.) Develops and maintains Government Purchase Card policies and procedures; 2.) Provide assistance to Echelon III/IV activities as required in resolving issues, disseminating information and developing system enhancements; 3.) Perform WFM role analysis in order to control privacy act data and protect system data from unauthorized changes; 4.) Maintains approved Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) processes and ensure program compliance.
