We are looking for a CDL Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will operate mostly straight trucks such as bucket trucks and manual tree trucks with a chipper attached, in addition to other miscellaneous equipment. Drivers will haul other equipment between work sites, transport work materials, and haul wood & tree chips. At least 6 months driving experience with Class A or B CDL is preferred. DRIVING DUTIES ARE ONLY A MINOR PORTION OF THIS POSITION. Drivers are required to participate with laborer duties daily such as operating a chainsaw & a chipper, clearing & dragging brush, loading brush & debris into trucks, flagging, maintaining tools & equipment, assisting tree climbers, etc.

Please note: experience in the tree service industry is preferred, but not required. We will gladly provide industry training to candidates with good attitudes and a willingness to learn!

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Drivers License; Class A or B.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
• Able to safely work under varying & adverse weather conditions.
• Knowledge in safety workshop and safety protocols for using machinery ie: chainsaws, chippers, bucket truck, etc. (Preferred)
• Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and ensure that it is in good working order.
• Able to load/unload trucks with logs and debris, and feed chippers with debris weighing 25 lbs. +
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws.
• MUST have transportation to/from the work equipment parking lot every day
