Some Job Responsibilities:

Train individuals in skills necessary for competitive community employment. On-site training of individuals on skills related to performing specific job tasks at internships and work sites. Support individuals in developing communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful at their internship/work site. Provide ongoing monitoring of individuals progress towards goals and objectives as outlined in vocational support service plan. Complete and ensure accurate and timely completion of case-notes and other required documentation. Attend all staff meetings, ISPs, conferences and in-service trainings. Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Good oral and written communication skills. Valid NYS Drivers License. Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs. Social Media:
