Job Title: Construction Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a construction testing professional to perform construction materials testing for engineering teams on projects throughout Greater Philadelphia and surrounding areas. This role involves traveling to various sites with provided equipment to test multiple types of construction materials, primarily concrete, under the guidance of engineers and PE's.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in construction materials testing.

  • Nuclear density gauge safety, handling, operation, and transporting training.

  • American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass drug test.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position and requires a vehicle.

Work Environment

Dynamic field environment at various construction sites for material testing. Traditional work hours are 7:00am-3:30pm with potential for overtime as weather permits. Some night shifts required. Uniform includes work boots, jeans, and button-up shirt. The role involves very independent work with daily travel to sites.
