Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Social Worker (MSW) for the Atlantic Hospice division to work 8AM-4PM Mon-Fri.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be able to assess and provide appropriate interventions to help support the emotional and psychosocial needs of seriously ill patients and their families' patients.

• Candidate will be able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Candidate will be knowledgeable about Insurance regulations.

• Candidate will be knowledgeable about community resources.

• Flexible Field position

Minimum Education:

• Master's in social work (MSW)

Minimum Experience:

• 1-year general experience

Licenses/Certifications:

• LSW Required

• Supervisory hours available for those seeking LCSW.

• Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
