The Senior National Account Manager (NAM) for CVS and Rite Aid, is the face of Sanofi to our customer. Employing a ‘General Manager Mindset’, the Senior NAM is accountable for elevating mutual strategies and delivering growth for assigned categories and/or brands at CVS Health and Rite Aid.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds assigned financial targets and business objectives

  • Serves as the General Manager within assigned business by leading and organizing a multi-functional team, working closely with Marketing, Finance/RGM, Supply, Agency Partners and others

  • Develops short- and long-term omnichannel strategies and plans that are aligned to CVS Health and Rite Aid

  • Builds, optimizes, and executes plans for distribution, pricing, promotion and merchandising that outperform the category

  • Manages trade funds and expenses to meet or exceed financial targets, within budget and policy guidelines

  • Serve as an advocate for CVS Health and Rite Aid internally, and for the Sanofi with customer externally

  • Understanding the competitive environment, maintaining awareness of competitive conditions.

About You

  • Located in Pennsylvania; New Jersey; Massachusetts; Connecticut; Rhode Island

  • 3+ years’ experience with CVS Health, Rite Aid or a top 5 national CPG retailer at headquarter level

  • 5+ years of proven delivery in CPG, preferably within OTC/, both top and bottom-line results required. Excellent business acumen; proficient category, segment and RX to OTC switching knowledge.

  • Experience in working on multi-disciplinary teams and managing significant volume of projects.

  • Experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data with the ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actional insights.

  • CVS Extracare and CMG experience is highly preferred.

  • Have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job.
