The Senior Manager, CRM will be responsible for providing best in-class strategic thinking for the Sanofi Consumer Healthcare US Brands to own the CRM program across the portfolio of brands helping to acquire new consumers and drive engagement and retention. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation through development of a CRM program for the Consumer Healthcare division.

A key role of the Senior Manager, CRM is to evaluate the operations of the CRM practice and accelerate data strategy by owning End to End across Paid, Owned and Earned properties and implement always on communication activation and content calendar.

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with Brand, Media, Brand creative AORs, and CRM Agency teams in end-to-end orchestration of CRM campaigns across brands

  • Co-develop with Brand and CRM Agency teams potential 0P/1P data programs to acquire new consumers and establish CRM programs and loyalty.

  • Partner with Digital Analytics and CRM Agency resources to define KPIs and refine suggested test & learn agenda, 0P/1P KPIs, and performance targets to define campaign success and drive learning

  • Lead internal and external partners to ensure proper acquisition of 0P/1P data campaign set-up and audit campaign setup to ensure engagement with consumers

  • Drive ongoing optimization against key success CRM KPIs and learning agenda – Engagement and Content Evaluations

  • Catalog ongoing learnings as they arise to help establish internal benchmarks, campaign learnings to be leveraged across brands and categories

  • Lead CRM Agency in the tracking and documentation of newsletter and messaging programs, active and in active rates, engagement and creative optimizations of content

About you

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience working with CRM platforms in a consumer facing role, identifying opportunities, translating business objectives and data into actionable programs, and developing best practices and benchmarking.

  • Soft and technical skills: Knowledge of Salesforce, excellent communication, consumer-first mindset, CRM marketing techniques, consumer acquisition and retention and understanding of business goals and marketing objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.

  • Language: English
