TITLE:Global Analytics Specialist (Marsh & McLennan Shared Services, LLC)LOCATION:Morristown, New Jersey (Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the work site)DUTIES:Serve as a business analyst with technical knowledge to analyze and develop methods for identifying data trends and communicate data by leveraging Qlik Sense. As part of the Analytics team, produce intelligence reports and work with department’s analyst to provide quality analysis. Facilitate end user business analyst discussions, investigate needs, and steer discussion to extract requirements. Communicate and work with interdepartmental groups for reporting requirements and to ensure smooth management of reporting and dashboarding process. Analyze current business processes and identify improvements to be recommended to the business. Evaluate end-user capabilities and assist in determining proper training to improve data comprehension. Design dashboards and validate metrics to ensure calculations are accurate. Approve UAT testing results and manage enhancement queue, fixes, and prioritization of release schedule. Coordinate end-user reviews and signoffs. Document the requirement gathering process, maintain process documentation, synthesize user feedback, and create release notes. Assess end-users’ understanding of outputs. Manage data re-loading process. Resolve errors and issues and investigate new datasets and find way to connect data. EOEREQTS:Must have bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered, or a related position. Must have two (2) years of experience with all of the following: Utilizing SQL scripting for data cleansing and management; Utilizing Salesforce and Python for data management, visualization, and analysis; Using MS Excel in pivot tables, macros, data manipulation, and data analysis; Utilizing visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Qlik, to design dashboards and utilizing storytelling and UI designing techniques to present an appropriate narrative to audiences; Cleaning, tracking, and extracting large volumes of unstructured data using tools, including MySQL; Utilizing Einstein Predictive Analytics to track/monitor data, identify important information and trends/patterns. Modeling complex data structures in a relational database in order to cleanse and connection appropriate data sources; Establishing and managing from start to finish data-related projects by identifying appropriate data source(s), cleaning the data, communicating progress/findings, providing suggestions to improve process and future management; and Utilizing Survey tools including SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics to design complex nested loops and clean subsequent data from survey tool for analysis.\
