Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care.

• Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our diverse community.

• Answering and directing phone calls, providing information as needed.

• Coordinating appointments and maintaining schedules for residents and staff.

• Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

• Collaborating with staff to resolve resident and family inquiries promptly.

• Ensuring a warm and inviting environment in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English: Required for effective communication.

• Customer Service Experience: Preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
