Candidates must have excellent research, writing, communication and analytical skills and be prepared to assume significant client facing responsibility. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience and competence in elder law and special needs related matters, including government benefits eligibility and applications, contested and uncontested guardianships, estate planning, and estate administration. Fiduciary litigation experience is a plus. New Jersey admission required.
