Honeywell Sr. Manager, Consolidations in Morris Plains, New Jersey

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Honeywell is hiring a Sr. Manager, Consolidations to sit in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid work schedule. This position will drive digital transformation initiatives to better support our Finance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee month end close/consolidations

  • Ensure proper consolidations controls are in place and executed during the closing process

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in finance and controllership

  • Review and approve consolidations entries and related reconciliations

  • Ensure timely submission and tie-out compliance for ERP trial balance loads

  • Drive continuous improvement and simplification in consolidations processes

  • Ensure compliance with supplemental reporting for 10-Q and 10-K

  • Lead and support projects as needed

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 7+ years of accounting experience

  • 3+ years of experience using ERP & Consolidation applications
