Galaxe Solutions Agile Product Manager in Morris Plains, New Jersey

What You Will DoDefine and communicate product vision and strategy to the team.Manage the product roadmap and release planning.Collaborate with stakeholders to align product features with business objectives.Lead the Agile team through sprint cycles and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform product improvements.Facilitate collaboration between the development team and other departments.Set strategic product goals and define key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships.Guide product teams in implementing Agile best practices at scale.Drive innovation and identify opportunities for new product development.Contribute to organizational Agile transformation and culture.Mentor and coach junior product managers and Agile team members.Serve as the voice of the customer and the business and possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end Last Mile customer shipping experience.Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress internal cross-functional stakeholders.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness. Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make design trade-offs.Identify both business and technical impediments and drive for product development.Lead planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new features.Guide technology platform owner in managing agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team s execution.Work closely with functional business callers/owners to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and priority.Support functional opportunities or initiatives and dive as MVPs (Min. viable product) for a unified coherent technology and customer experience.Work closely with Scrum Master and development team for delivery.Liaise and negotiate with IT SaaS vendors on all product-related issues.
