Marketing Coordinator - Montebello, NY

iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team . Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from managing social media channels, to collaborating with others for successful implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and efficient, possess the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative to follow through on tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This position will be based out of our Montebello, NY headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand reputation management: respond to customer reviews on various platforms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive brand representation and addressing any concerns or issues raised.

  2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

  3. Oversee the company's affiliate program: recruitment, communication, and performance tracking, to drive incremental revenue and brand awareness through the company's referral program via influencers, websites, and anyone interested in promoting iPostal1.

  4. Coordinate logistics and provide support for trade show events, including registration, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.

  5. Oversee the iPostal1 Perks program: maintain and cultivate new opportunities for the benefits program for business customers.

  6. Conduct research to gather competitive information, market trends, and consumer insights, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.

  7. Source new company merchandise and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for ongoing campaigns and activities.8. Assist in the execution of special marketing projects, including campaign launches, product releases, and partnership initiatives.

  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, sales, product development, and creative services to ensure alignment and cohesion across marketing efforts.

  9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. Proven experience in marketing communications, social media management, project management, customer engagement, business analytics or similar role.

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  4. Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing software/tools is a plus.

  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.

  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.

  8. Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and practices preferred.
