Are you looking for a new customer service role? We have a new job listing for a customer service position in Mt Alto, Pa. This position will be a first shift opportunity paying $18 an hour. This position will be in charge of answering calls, supporting the customers, maintaining records, handling customer issues, dealing with production planning, along with many other duties. • Creates new customer account records.

• Maintains customer records.

• Professionally represent the company both in person and telephone.

• Assists customers by handling complaints and requests and communicates delivery dates andexpectations to customers.

• Deals directly with production planning to coordinate production requirements.
