Are you looking for a new customer service role? We have a new job listing for a customer service position in Mt Alto, Pa. This position will be a first shift opportunity paying $18 an hour. This position will be in charge of answering calls, supporting the customers, maintaining records, handling customer issues, dealing with production planning, along with many other duties. Responsibilities
Creates new customer account records.
Maintains customer records.
Professionally represent the company both in person and telephone.
Assists customers by handling complaints and requests and communicates delivery dates andexpectations to customers.
Deals directly with production planning to coordinate production requirements.
