Job Profile Summary

The APS coordinator drives the implementation of the Altium Production System (APS) across multiple pillars: Safety, Quality, Leadership Autonomous Maintenance (Daily Team Maintenance), Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Early Management. This role is responsible for deploying appropriate TPM methodology with the focus on operations. This role will work closely with plant leadership and functional groups to drive loss elimination.

· Utilize computer skills necessary to build presentations and spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.

· Working knowledge and practical experience applying Continuous Improvement principles and processes within the manufacturing environment.

· Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage change, develop others, and strategically plan for continuous improvement leveraging appropriate pillar processes.

· Highly effective facilitation and project management skill sets.

· Ability to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.

· Strong influential leadership skills.

· Superior written and verbal communication skills.

· Analytical mindset and ability to understand and organize data.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience implementing TPM in rigid plastics and/or continuous flow manufacturing.

· Experience with continuous manufacturing processes.

· Experience using enterprise ERP and loss understanding systems.

· Is willing and eager to learn and grow with the company while having future leadership aspirations.
