Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Technician/Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our New Monmouth, New Jersey location.

Schedule 1: Sunday-Wednesday 1pm-9pm

Schedule 2: Tuesday-Friday 1pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Perform manual repairs when necessary.

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems.

• Conduct general upkeep procedures.

• and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.

• Experience in Landscaping.

• Experience in Boilers and HVAC.

• Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting.
