A Large Property Management Company on Long Island is hiring a Front Desk Concierge to join their growing team! We are seeking an upbeat and organized professional, who is interested in a role where you will be wearing many hats and also on your feet at times. We are looking for someone with FULL availability Monday through Sunday 8am to 11pm. You will only work 40 hours a week, however, you must be available to work various shifts throughout these hours. We are unfortunately not able to accomodate night or morning only shifts. You must also have reliable transportation to the following locations: Farmingdale, Mineola, Lindenhurst, Roslyn and Glen Cove. You will receive your schedule two weeks in advance so you are aware which location you will be at each day. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge our residents as they enter the building / Routinely engage in pleasantries with our residents

  • Anticipate and address service needs

  • Assist with deliveries of packages etc…,

  • Respond to service requests from our residents – provide the information to the maintenance department – schedule the work to be performed and follow up with residents as well as service team to ensure work was completed to customers satisfaction

  • Answer calls, record, respond and process requests as well as address questions and or concerns.

  • Appropriately escalate resident concerns when required

  • Manage and document system entries

  • Communicate daily with leadership

  • Perform Rounds of the common areas to ensure all lighting is working order, all common areas are free of debris and all common and amenity space is well prepared for our residents to enjoy

  • Assist Management team as needed
