Description

The FP& A Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights and projections to support strategic decision-making. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and creating financial models to guide management in financial planning and strategy formulation. The FP& A Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for business decisions.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Compare actual results with forecasts, budgets, and previous periods, and provide variance analysis.

  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics.

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
