Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to manufacturing procedures and guidelines to ensure flawless execution of production processes

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet world-class standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of issues and successfully implement corrective actions

• Document and maintain accurate records of production data and activities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a similar industry

• Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and compete effectively against deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
