Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

The Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in coordinating a broad spectrum of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding new hires, and ensuring employees are well informed about human resource policies and programs. This position supports time and attendance queries, benefits administration, maintains and updates employee records, completes essential tax, insurance, and benefits reporting requirements, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. The HR Generalist will also contribute to departmental efforts to continuously enhance the employee experience and organizational culture, support effective assimilation of new employees, and participate in organizational engagement events and initiatives.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Middletown, New York.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The team comprises 5 members including a VP, Director, HRBP, and two Generalists, operating in a professional and business-oriented environment.
