Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday (8AM-6:15PM)

Pay : $22.40

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, log, and inspect incoming samples and shipments.

  2. Verify and enter data into various databases.

  3. Handle retrievals, waste, and unprocessed samples.

  4. Identify criteria and perform sample reconciliation.

  5. Scan, email, and manage sample information.

  6. Reconcile and ship sample, generate paperwork and labels.

  7. Maintain inventory, perform physical counts, and reorder supplies.

  8. Ensure accurate sample identification and update records.

  9. Clean and maintain freezers, refrigerators, and work areas.

  10. Comply with ISO, FDA, AATB, OSHA, and DOT regulations.

  11. Assist with transport and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 1 year in a controlled environment (e.g., warehousing, shipping/inventory, manufacturing).

Skills:

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Detail-oriented, professional, self-motivated, and communicative.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Knowledge of ISO, FDA, AATB, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
